It was such an honour to exhibit at the 2022 Design Show Australia in Sydney and interact face to face with so many in the design and architecture industry. The show ran from the 20-22nd of October, with the 20th and 21st open to trade only, and the 22nd open to the public.
Faucet Strommen’s display at Stand 226 consisted of a concrete-look material and architectural curvatures, featuring products in the finish Antique Brass Light. This portrayed Faucet Strommen’s complete solution of beautiful brass products available in all 20 special finishes for seamless architectural interiors.
Faucet Strommen’s story was depicted through a circular center configuration consisting of three layers. Small pieces from the factory in Kerang placed on the lowest level demonstrated the process of a complete product as it starts from raw brass and goes through to machining, tube bending, polishing, finishing and finally assembly, ready for use in projects.
A selection of products in different finishes was featured on the second level to inspire viewers with the unique and superior Faucet Strommen special finishes. The eco-friendly approach to manufacturing was referenced through a pile of brass swarf on the highest level, a demonstration of the circular economy created as all swarf leftover from the machining process is collected and recycled back into brass bar for use.
The combination of these two sections of the display were tied together with the message printed below the solid brass logo ‘Crafted harmony across your design’. Faucet Strommen received an honourable mention for the stand design, specifically pointing up the creative way the product story was portrayed.
Faucet Strommen was excited to prelaunch a number of new products at the event, including heated towel rails, pot filler taps, Zero hot and cold tapware, Zero fluted mixers and cabinet hardware.
