Mt Martha Project

Mount Martha Project is a transformation of an early 2000’s home by Studio Esar, drawing inspiration from the surrounding coastal colours.

The four bedroom home which originally had an excellent layout and beautiful ocean views was modernised with a soft white colour scheme and quality materials. The design now features timber and stone, creating a warm and layered contemporary home.

The kitchen features striking marble with apricot undertones, which ties in with the Discovery Bronze sink mixer. Curves introduced to the island benchtop smooth transitional spaces and soften the angular edges typical of this era of build.

On the lower level, the elegant design is continued in the bathrooms. The warm hues of the timber and brass toned tapware create a cozy and inviting atmosphere, while the stone accents add a touch of sophistication. The combination of these materials gives the space a timeless appeal that will never go out of style.
